About the Event
Join us for a mat Pilates session on Brighton-Le-Sands beach. You'll feel the gentle embrace of the sun and a refreshing ocean breeze as we move through each carefully crafted exercise. Come nourish your body, mind and spirit in this serene coastal setting. Suitable for all levels - modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can participate and enjoy. What to expect
Parking can be found on The grand Parade or above Brighton Le Sands Coles Location: Brighton-Le-Sands beach Please follow the Google map link for exact beach location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uwFqv9j3auu6QTqB6 Notice: If minimum numbers are not reached then the class will be cancelled. I will provide 6 hours notice before the class start time. Class is weather dependent. I will provide 3 hours notice if the class will be cancelled.
