Launching my own Pilates classes with ILIO Club Wellness. The idea behind these classes is to create a supportive space where we can come together, move regularly, reconnect with our bodies, build a consistent and mindful movement routine, as well as connect with the community and meet new faces. If you’ve been wanting to start moving more, take time for yourself, or begin a gentle wellness routine, and connect with like minded people, this is your invitation 🤍
Tai Chi And Qigong Class
Learn Tai Chi and Qigong with other beginners in a relaxed and supportive environment. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Thursday Walking Group
Starts Nov 2025. Feel safe walking in a group. Walk at you own pace, all ages welcome. This walk begins at YAWA Besgrove Street Rosebud. We will walk the perimeter of Yawa, and our walk around the sports fields next door. Finish with a Coffee at the beautiful Elements Eatery (own cost).
