Hi all, I’m creating a group and safe place to learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Kicboxing around Lower North Shore area. This is a great way to mix up your training regime and also having fun in learning about the art of 8 limbs. We are beginner friendly and everyone are welcome. We encourage girls and women to try out too! It’s a great way to learn self defence and gain more confidence.
Mum Club Sydney
Where the woman behind ‘mum’ gets to SHINE. A space to reconnect with the woman behind the mum title. It’s less about nap schedules, more about the things that energies, inspire and make mums feel like themselves again. It offers a space where women can connect, laugh, learn, discuss and build genuine, supportive relationships. Mum Club meet ups are during the day. BYO Baby, blanket and coffee! Once a month there there are Mums Night Out events!
