Kangatraining is a babywearing group fitness class that focuses on rebuilding strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond. This is achieved by combining dance cardio and strengthening exercises like floor work, squats, barre, dancing (and more!).

No Lights No Lycra is a weekly, lights out event, where you can dance like no-one is watching. There are no instructors, no moves to learn, just awesome high energy music and you can move however you feel. Singing your heart out is optional! Research shows that dancing is one of the top exercises for improving mental health and its more fun than the gym! Come alone or with the gang. What are you waiting for?!
Shine Dance Fitness with Mel

Switch Off & Groove
Switch Off & Groove is a dance class held in complete darkness and takes place monthly. Each hour-long session invites participants to move and groove freely to an upbeat compilation of songs. With no instructor, no choreography and no expectations, Switch Off & Groove is a space where we switch off the lights, switch off our minds and just dance. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Wrap & Run: Charity Event
Join us for a 3.5km run through Rushcutters Bay, followed by a raffle, freebies and the Red Bull DJ truck to raise funds for Achilles. Achilles are a 100% volunteer led organisation that guides visually impaired runners at weekly walks/runs all the way up to marathons.
