A Mums & Bubs strength fitness class at our small family run business HI-BRID Altitude Training Brunswick. The classes run on Tuesday and Thursday 10:30am. This class is designed to help Mums with their physical and mental well-being postpartum. You get to move and strengthen your body whist also socialising with local mums!
No Lights No Lycra
A weekly dance event in the dark. We turn off the lights and crank up the tunes to release our inhibitions, move our moods and work up a wild sweat - all completely sober. 1 hour, music you know and love, no talking, no lights, just a whole lot of fun. An all ages event.
