Bronte Morning Move Breathe And Swim
I’m a natural human lifestyle coach, passionate about mobility, breathwork functionality and bodyweight strength training. This group will be a playful move around in the mornings at Bronte beach, incorporating some breathwork followed by a dip in the sea. What a way to start the day! 6:30am Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Meet at the gates for Bronte baths, and then we’ll head down to the beach It’s donation based through buy me a coffee, donate how much you like :)

Hanging out, being active, making new friends and building a tighter knit community. With the designed death of culture and a growing divide between us all slowly breaking us down. It is important we take back togetherness in community, put down the propaganda boxes and spend time in the fresh air with each other. Limiting the group to any particular activities seems counterproductive as togetherness in the community is the goal.
