We are a long establish CrossFit gym in Smeaton Grange with coached classes from 5:00am to 7:30pm. We want to get as many people as possible improving their lives through exercise and many different ages and fitness levels at our gym. CrossFit Narellan is the perfect places for begginers to start their journey as well as experience exercisers. Our values and fitness, fun and friendship. Come and give us a go!

We run a full body workout session designed for dads, by dads. After the session we hang around for a chat and discuss the wins and challenges of dadding.
Social Trak Club Tamworth
We are a free community and performance run club that runs Tuesday Morning, Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning. Tuesday Morning Social Runs from Hissy Fits Cafe, 5.45am Tuesday. The run/walk is 30 minutes in total, 15 minutes out and back. Thursday is a Track Sesssion open to all abilities to help improve your running. Start is 5.45pm at the Tamworth Athletics Track.
