About the Event
Come and join us for our signature indoor babywearing group fitness class in Cleveland. Our unique workout combines cardio, strength training, and babywearing meaning you get all the benefits of exercising without ever having to leave your baby! Carriers are available to borrow if you don't have one or it isn't suitable for class (Kangatraining have strict safety rules with carriers) Mums must be at least 6 weeks post birth (12 weeks if your last birth was a c-section)
What to expect
Please ensure you have suitable shoes, drink bottle, mat for your baby while we do floor work (optional) and your baby carrier.
Mum & bub fitness - Kangatraining
Kangatraining is a babywearing group fitness class that focuses on rebuilding strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond. This is achieved by combining dance cardio and strengthening exercises like floor work, squats, barre, dancing (and more!).
