About the Event
Please contact Manal if you’d like to join. Sessions run for 75minutes and involve a mix of cardio, boxing and strength. Sessions can be paid on a casual basis or in lots of 10. Completed Medical form required.

Bring water , wear active wear, payment in advance required.
