About the Event
Join us for a 1-hour class of movement, mindfulness and puppy cuddles. We’ll start with 10 mins of breathwork, 30 mins of beginner yoga and finish with 20 mins of puppy social time, complete with a complimentary drink from Simon Says Juices. Our pups and dogs roam freely, some young, some older, all ready for cuddles. Just wear comfy clothes, arrive 10 mins early and get ready for an unforgettable experience.
What to expect
Please arrive 10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and note that doors close 10 minutes after the start time. Guests must be at least 18 years to attend on their own. Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Waivers are required before you attend the class, and will be sent to your registered email. Refunds aren’t available, but you can reschedule or request credit with 48 hours’ notice.
