About the Event
Be put through your paces in this intermediate to advanced run group. Each week is a different session with either tempo, hill or interval training. Come and see what the fuss is all about.
What to expect
Please punctual. We meet at 6am sharp and quite often use different areas of the park. Bring a towel and some water. Meet by the two benches at the bottom of the hill.
