About the Event
Every Monday, 7:30pm meeting at Green Point, Brighton. We all meet and start with a group stretch, then we go for a 30min run or walk followed by either Pilates, yoga or a cool down stretch. After we go for a swim and head to Blitz Bar for açai and chat :)
What to expect
What to bring? - Wear active wear - Bring warm clothes - Bathers - Towel/Yoga - Water Bottle - Good Vibes
