Groove and Grow

Baby Dance Club™ is a 60-minute class featuring 30 minutes of dancing, designed for parents and caregivers of babies aged 0–18 months. It’s all about fostering joy and community for adults while providing meaningful ways to connect with your baby through movement. No nursery rhymes here! You will move, sweat, laugh and meet your village. Take some "me time" but make it a dance party that you can bring your baby to!
