It welcomes adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced walkers, fostering a supportive environment for anyone looking to improve their cardiovascular health and social connections.As part of the national Heart Foundation Walking program, this free group helps combat heart disease by encouraging regular physical activity.
