Rachel’s Runners is a welcoming and supportive running group based in inner-city Sydney, NSW, founded in 2013 by accredited Level 2 Run Coach Rachel Allworth. The club is dedicated to helping beginners and those returning to running achieve their goals, with a strong focus on building confidence and community. Rachel’s Runners offers structured programs, including a popular Learn to Run 5km course, as well as Running Fitness sessions for those looking to improve their technique and endurance. All sessions are led by experienced coaches and are open to runners of all abilities, with an emphasis on encouragement and inclusivity.The group has grown to over 400 members and is known for its positive, non-competitive atmosphere where every achievement is celebrated. Whether you’re training for your first 5km or looking to stay active in a friendly environment, Rachel’s Runners provides the support and motivation to help you succeed. With regular meetups and a strong sense of camaraderie, it’s the perfect place to start or continue your running journey in Sydney.
