The Man Walk Bundanoon
About the Group
✨
The Man Walk Bundanoon is a free weekly walking and talking group specifically for men aged 18 and over, held every Wednesday at 7:00 am. Starting from the Bundanoon Soldiers' Memorial Hall, participants walk for about one hour covering 4.5 to 5 kilometers. This group creates a supportive, positive, and inclusive environment where men can connect, chat, and support each other in a pressure-free setting. The Man Walk aims to make it socially acceptable for men to talk openly and ask for help if needed, promoting mental and physical well-being through community connection and regular activity. Walkers should have a good level of fitness to participate due to the walk’s length and pace. Led by local volunteers called “Manbassadors,” the walk fosters brotherhood and wellbeing among men in Bundanoon and other locations across Australia where similar groups operate.
