The Man Walk Lake Cathie is a welcoming weekly gathering for men aged 18 and over, held every Wednesday at 8:00 am at GemLife Rainbow Beach. This free event offers a relaxed and supportive environment where men can connect, chat, and support one another through a gentle walk and meaningful conversation. Led by local volunteer “Manbassadors,” The Man Walk is designed to foster friendship, reduce isolation, and encourage mental wellbeing in a safe, non-judgmental space.Lake Cathie, located just south of Port Macquarie on the mid-north coast of NSW, provides a scenic and peaceful backdrop for the walk, with its tranquil lakeside and coastal surroundings. The group is open to all men, whether they’re locals, visitors, or new to the area, making it an ideal way to meet new people and build community connections. No fitness level is required—just a willingness to walk, talk, and share experiences.
