The Man Walk Rozelle
About the Group
✨
The Man Walk Rozelle is a free weekly walking group specifically for men aged 18 and over, designed to provide a safe and welcoming space where men can walk, talk, and support each other. Led by local volunteer “Manbassadors,” the walk starts at King George Park on Manning Street in Rozelle and takes place every Saturday morning from 6:45 am to 8:15 am. The initiative encourages men to connect, reduce social isolation, and improve their mental and physical well-being through regular, healthy social activity in the community. After the walk, participants are invited to join for a coffee at a local café to continue the conversation and build camaraderie. The Man Walk movement is part of a broader national effort to support men’s mental health while fostering social inclusion and friendship. Rozelle itself is an inner-west Sydney suburb known for its vibrant local community, heritage buildings, and scenic harborside parks, making it an ideal backdrop for this friendly and community-focused walk.
