The Man Walk Wodonga
About the Group
✨
The Man Walk Wodonga is a supportive weekly walking group for men, offering a welcoming and inclusive space to connect, walk, and talk in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. Held every Tuesday at 5:15 pm from Sumsion Gardens Reserve (28 Huon Street, Wodonga), the group welcomes men of all ages and fitness levels for a 45 to 60-minute walk through scenic surroundings, including lush greenery and peaceful lakeside paths. The walk provides a chance to foster friendships, share stories, and support one another, promoting both mental and physical wellbeing. The Man Walk is about more than just exercise—it’s a movement to help men feel connected, combat social isolation, and create a safe space where it’s okay to talk openly about challenges. No registration or commitment is required, and all are welcome to join, whether you’re new to the area or simply looking for a friendly group to walk with. Led by local volunteer “Manbassadors,” The Man Walk Wodonga is a free, community-driven event that encourages men to look out for each other and build stronger connections in the local area.
