Join us for a mat Pilates session on Brighton-Le-Sands beach. You'll feel the gentle embrace of the sun and a refreshing ocean breeze as we move through each carefully crafted exercise. Come nourish your body, mind and spirit in this serene coastal setting 🌊
What to expect
▫️Suitable for all levels - modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can participate and enjoy ▫️BYO mat/towel & water bottle ▫️Wear exercise clothing ▫️Parking can be found on The Grand Parade or above Brighton Le Sands Coles ▫️Location: Brighton-Le-Sands beach Please follow the Google map link for exact beach location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uwFqv9j3auu6QTqB6 ▫️Notice: If minimum numbers are not reached then the class will be cancelled.
