Chair Yoga
About the Event
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that's done sitting on a chair or using the chair for balance and support. Strength & flexibility is our priority therefore light hand weights and stretch bands are used in the class. Feel stronger, flexible, refreshed and rejuvenated after class
What to expect
Using a slow breathing technique to gently ease you into do-able Yoga poses. Wear loose comfortable clothing. And we can have a lovely meditation at the end of class.
Amelia’s Dance & Fitness
This group is for Seniors only 50+ to enhance dancing skills, learn easy choreography, flexibility and healthy heart and brain function. Whilst enjoying a social atmosphere. Fun songs to sing along too, very gentle exercise. Great for meeting new people! Head down to the cafe downstairs for a chat after the class
