Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats are provided.
Feldenkrais Classes
Feldenkrais is an exploratory meditation in movement, cultivating your ability to listen to the sensations in your body as useful information. We experiment with different coordination patterns to become more adaptable. The leisurely pace allows your system to unwind and decompress, restoring inner equilibrium. Suitable for all ages/ fitness levels.
