Take a mindful pause in your week with Guided Meditation at Cheltenham Community Centre, returning Monday 10th November at 10:15 am. Led in a calm and supportive environment, these weekly sessions offer a chance to unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. At just $5 per person, it’s an affordable way to nurture your wellbeing and start the week feeling centred. Everyone is welcome—no experience needed. Heart & Sole Walking Group
Thanks to the Heart Foundation support, we're now gathering at Karkarook Park every Monday at 11am for our new walking sessions!
Walking for just 30 minutes or more a day can have incredible health benefits! Not only does it lower the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and even some types of cancer, but it also has an amazing impact on our mental health!
When we walk together, we're not just improving our physical health, we’re also boost our mood.
