Start your week strong with our Monday Night Dad Walks – a relaxed weekly loop around Glen Iris. Whether you’re in need of fresh air, dad chat, or just want to get your steps in, this is your time. We keep it casual, local, and judgement-free. All fitness levels welcome. Bring a mate or come solo – you’ll be part of the crew either way.
What to expect
• A 45-minute walk at a chill pace • Good convos, better banter • Optional post-walk stop for a cheeky pint at Central Park Cellars • Great for dads of all ages (yes, even if you haven’t slept in 3 years) • Dress for the weather • BYO dad jokes encouraged
