Badminton Socials for Fun and Staying Fit
We host play Badminton Socials on Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays at pba malaga, Canningvale and TRS sports club. Our core group plays tournaments but we welcome all players from intermediate level to join us. Come and try, join for regular sessions if it meets your goals

For volleyball players (intermediate to advance) who wants to play mix version of indoor and beach volleyball, which could be in 2v2, 3v3, to 4v4 formats. It is gentler on joints than hardcourt surfaces and offering a more relaxed environment.

Hi all, I’m creating a group and safe place to learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Kicboxing around Lower North Shore area. This is a great way to mix up your training regime and also having fun in learning about the art of 8 limbs. We are beginner friendly and everyone are welcome.
