NBRC X Soma Practice (Pilates)
About the Event
A tailored class designed to support the strength, endurance, and mobility needed for athletic running performance. We begin by gently releasing tension and stored energy through breath, sound, and dynamic movement. Our STRONG practice is to help the body express and move energy in a grounded, embodied way. Once this energy is released, we transition into our SOFT practice. Guiding you into deep rest using restorative somatic techniques, gentle mobility and breath. The session is run by Jodi from Soma Practice.
