What to expect
No Lights No Lycra is a weekly, free-form dance event for every body. It is a space to shake off the stress of the week, let go of your inhibitions and truly 'dance like no-one's watching'. Each week we provide a different and varied playlist, a darkened dance space and a warm, supportive atmosphere. Come alone or with a friend - all are welcome.
