About the Event
Mums Get Active Postnatal Pilates is a slow and controlled Pilates based class for mother's post childbirth. Bring your baby along and they can be involved or have a roll around or sleep during the class.
What to expect
• Registration in advance is essential. • Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor. • Bring a water bottle. • Bring a yoga mat or towel. • Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
