About the Event
Zumba Gold is designed for older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. This class is delivered at a lower intensity with a variety of music and dance styles.
What to expect
Some important things to note: • Registration in advance is essential. • As the class is hosted in a PCYC building, PCYC membership is required - $30 for an annual membership and will allow you access to other PCYC programs • Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor. • Bring a water bottle. • Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
