Join us for a fun and inclusive Quadball Come & Try session perfect for beginners and anyone curious about this fast-paced, mixed gender sport! Quadball combines elements of rugby, dodgeball, and handball, creating an exciting game that’s easy to pick up and great for fitness, teamwork, and meeting new people.
No prior experience is needed!our friendly players will guide you through the basics.
