The group meets weekly, offering 30 to 45-minute walks around the scenic Shell Cove Marina, followed by coffee to encourage social connection. This group is open to all ages and fitness levels, making it ideal for anyone looking to stay active, socialize, or enjoy the beautiful coastal environment at a comfortable pace. The walks are designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible, with a supportive atmosphere that promotes health and well-being. Meeting points include locations such as outside Leaf Cafe at Shell Cove, and the group encourages participation regardless of experience. Additionally, the area features other walking opportunities like The Man Walk, which provides a men's walking community for connection and support. Shell Cove itself offers stunning views, a 2.5km boardwalk, and plenty of natural beauty, enhancing the walking experience for all participants. Regular sessions help foster a strong sense of community and promote healthy, active lifestyles in the Shell Cove area.
