About the Group
We are a free community and performance run club that runs Tuesday Morning, Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning.
Tuesday Morning Social Runs from Hissy Fits Cafe, 5.45am Tuesday. The run/walk is 30 minutes in total, 15 minutes out and back.
Thursday is a Track Sesssion open to all abilities to help improve your running. Start is 5.45pm at the Tamworth Athletics Track.
Sunday is adventure time, keep an eye on out socials for details. Instagram - socialtrakclub or FB - Social Trak Club.
