About the Event

Don’t miss our Gentle Exercise every Monday and Wednesday morning! If you’re looking for a gentle enjoyable way to stay active, feel better and connect with others, this class is for you. 🕦Time: 9:30-10:30 AM 💲Cost: $5 per person 📍Location: YMCA Springfield Lakes Community Centre - 53 Springfield Lakes Boulevard, QLD 4300 🆓 Includes FREE Morning Tea ✅ All equipment is provided but if you prefer your own mat you can bring one! What to bring: Towel and Water bottle 💦 ❓To get started free enrolment is required but there’s no need to book in each week! Just come along when it suits you! We welcome newcomers at any time of year, so whether you’re starting fresh or returning after a break, we’d love to see you there!

What to expect

One of the most valued parts of our program is the social connection. After each session, we envite you to join us for a friendly morning tea ☕️, a relaxed and chance to chat, meet new people and build community in a warm and inclusive space. It’s a lovely way to finish your morning and support not just your physical health but your mental and emotional wellbeing too.

Join our Gentle Exercise Program every Mondays and Wednesdays morning for a supportive, low-impact class focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing. Led by qualified Pilates instructor Bec, the session combines mat and chair Pilates, stretching and functional conditioning with modifications provided for all fitness levels. Equipment is supplied, and each class is just $5! Simlply bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you have one and stick around for morning tea!
