About the Group

Join our Gentle Exercise Program every Mondays and Wednesdays morning for a supportive, low-impact class focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing. Led by qualified Pilates instructor Bec, the session combines mat and chair Pilates, stretching and functional conditioning with modifications provided for all fitness levels. Equipment is supplied, and each class is just $5! Simlply bring a towel, water bottle and mat if you have one and stick around for morning tea!
