About the Event
Join in our postpartum friendly Mums and Bubs group with free child care. We take babies from 3 months and beyond. All sessions include Pelvic floor exercises, full body strength work and low impact cardio.
What to expect
Please come a little early to the session so we can discuss your postpartum recovery and introduce you to the nanny. We meet by the benches at the Alan Davidson Oval at the bottom of the hill. Please bring a towel and some water.
