Muay Thai and Kickboxing for Beginners
Hi all, I’m creating a group and safe place to learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Kicboxing around Lower North Shore area. This is a great way to mix up your training regime and also having fun in learning about the art of 8 limbs. We are beginner friendly and everyone are welcome. We encourage girls and women to try out too! It’s a great way to learn self defence and gain more confidence.
