hoping to bring people together who are ready to try something new. We’re beginners, starting slow and building toward our first mile—no pressure, no judgment. A mobility training class for every level. A mix of functional training, stretch, yoga, foot work and more to get your body explore new movements and improve your everyday movements. Different movements every week. Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
YOGA by Jen
