EZ Run Club is a welcoming, community-focused run club that meets every Sunday at 6:45am. We run at a slow, social pace, making it perfect for beginners to intermediate runners or anyone who just wants to move, connect, and enjoy the coast. Not a runner? No worries our walk club runs at the same time, so everyone can join in. After the run, we swim, grab coffee, and hang out as a crew. It’s relaxed, inclusive, and all about good vibes. No Lights No Lycra is a weekly, lights out event, where you can dance like no-one is watching. There are no instructors, no moves to learn, just awesome high energy music and you can move however you feel. Singing your heart out is optional!
