Flow & Stillness — Opening Session
About the Event
Join us for the opening session of Flow & Stillness, a weekly Thursday night practice. This 60-minute class blends mindful yoga with guided breathwork to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead. Led by Jen, co-founder of YLNOS, this session focuses on moving with intention and finding stillness through breath. The space will be subtly enhanced with Japanese incense, creating a calm and grounding atmosphere.
What to expect
• 60-minute guided yoga practice • Gentle, intentional movement suitable for all levels • Breathwork to close the session • Calm, minimal environment • Optional introduction to Japanese incense after class
