About the Event
High Intensity Interval Training This round will be running for 10 weeks. Until May 25th. There is something for everyone with our functional interval training. All fitness levels welcome. Choose your weight on each station and go as easy or hard as you like. This high energy calorie burning workout will leave you feeling energetic and wanting more!
What to expect
Meet us at the benches next to hill at the Alan Davidson Oval. Bring a towel and some water.
