About the Event
Come and join us at Kangatraining! This postnatal babywearing workout is designed for new mums and their babies ( and toddlers) to dance and rebuild strength post birth. It's completely beginner friendly and lots of fun. Join us from 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks if bub was delivered by c-section). Bring your own baby carrier and yoga mat. I do have carriers available if yours isn't suitable for class or you forget yours. Meet other mums and get your groove on at Kangatraining!
What to expect
We start with some breath, core and pelvic floor work on the mats, then the babywearing dancing begins, with a few strengthening tracks in there too. Worried about keeping up? Kangatraining is designed for new mums, we keep our sleepless nights and coordination in mind when creating our tracks. They're fun and easy to follow.
