About the Event
A strength, balance and agility class specifically for older adults. A friendly , welcoming and supportive group focusing on strength and balance exercises for real life situations. The classes are held in community centres where older people can engage with peers without feeling conspicuous or out of place.
What to expect
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and supportive sports shoes. Collect your weights from the front of the venue. The instructor will help you with your selection.
